Leonard W. Hargreaves
Leonard W. Hargreaves designed several significant buildings in Victoria.

- 1450 Douglas Street, built in 1911 for Lim Bang
- 705-711 Johnson Street, the Scott Building, built in 1912 for developer Robert Scott
- 1713 Government Street, built in 1912 for the Yen Wo Society
1450 Douglas Street – now the Hotel Rialto
Built in 1910-1911 for Lim Bang, who opened it as the Prince George Hotel.
In 11917 it became the Douglas Hotel and operated under that name until 2007, when it was renovated and renamed the Hotel Rialto.
The building is listed on the Canadian Register of Historic Places.
705-711 Johnson Street was built in 1912 by Leonard W. Hargreaves for Robert Scott, a local developer and land owner.
It is listed on the Canadian Register of Historic Places.
