Here are some Victoria real estate advertisements from the years 1910-1919. We will be adding more over time.

It should be noted that the years 1907-1912 were boom years for the Victoria real estate market. In 1913 the boom was ended by a world wide recession.

1912 Advertisement For the Avondale Subdivision, Oak Bay

The Avondale subdivision was located around what is now Avondale Raod, Henderson Road and Cedar Hill X Road in Oak Bay.
