Historic Victoria Businesses: Begg Motor Company

The Begg Motor Company opened in Victoria, circa 1925, operating from a lot (now a parking lot) in the 900 block of View Street.

In 1926 the Begg Motor Company retained architect Ralph Berrill to design and build a new showroom. That building is still standing at 865 Yates Street / 1250 Quadra Street.
