Johnson Street – Store Street – Pandora Avenue
Market Square was created in 1975 by developer Sam Bawlf and his brother, architect Nicholas Bawlf. It consists of several adjacent historic buildings with frontage on Johnson Street, Store Street and Pandora Avenue surrounding an inner courtyard.

550-554 Johnson Street, built in 1893 for the B.C. Land & Investment Company
The Milne Building, 546-548 Johnson Street, built in 1891 for Alexander Roland Milne

530-540 Johnson Street, built by Giacomo Bossi in 1879 with additions in 1883 and 1887.
1415-1425 Store Street, built circa 1896.
1427-1437 Store Street, built in 1882 with north addition in 1900 by architect Thomas Hooper.
1441 Store Street and 501 Pandora Avenue, originally built in 1913 as the Station Hotel.
