As part of our series on Historic Victoria Advertisements, Automobiles & Transportation, 1930-1939, here is a 1931 advertisement for Plymouth automobiles, from the Begg Motor Company, 865 Yates Street.
In 1926, when it built 865 Yates Street as its office and showroom, Begg Motor Company had been a Chevrolet dealer. It seems to have changed to a Chrysler and Plymouth dealer sometime about 1930.

In 1926 the Begg Motor Company built 865 Yates Street / 1250 Quadra Street as its office and showroom.
